Our evolution
1. Start. The atelier began as a response to lost techniques: we documented and restored local stitch recipes and began archiving methods to make them repeatable in production.
2. Growth. We formalized production standards, introduced sample-driven approvals, and collaborated with designers to translate concept sketches into repeatable embroidered artefacts.
3. Refinement. Today, we operate as a small-scale production partner for premium brands — combining artisanal skill with process controls that guarantee consistent quality at subscription-friendly rhythm.

What are your typical lead times?
Lead times vary by plan: Project Starter ~2 weeks, Studio Partner scheduled monthly; samples are prioritized per plan level.
Do you provide thread samples?
Yes. We include a thread provenance card and a sample stitch swatch in every approval package.
How are payments handled?
Monthly subscriptions are invoiced with bank transfer or card; one-off orders require 50% upfront for production scheduling.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship within the EU and to select international partners; shipping and duties are billed separately.
